July 31, 2011I love cake smash sessions. Babies either love it or hate it. This sweet baby wasnt too sure about eating it but he loved to squish the cake in his fingers! It was so adorable!

Happy First Birthday | Orange County One Year Portraits
July 27, 2011I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with these pictures. As most of my blog followers have heard, I am on bedrest and had to cancel all my summer shoots. Ive been praying so much to have more freedom and its working! My doctor gave me permission to do some quick pictures of this little guy. He is one of my first baby planners to turn ONE!! I cant believe it! We are taking things week by week, but things are stable and doing a quick 15-20 minute shoot here and there isnt going to hurt as of now…Im so thankful for the privilege my doctors have given me! When I am further along and get the OK, I will be heading out to finish up this guys session with outdoor one year portraits hopefully by September sometime. Look at his beautiful big eyes!

I have been taking pictures of this sweet baby for a year now! I just LOOOVE his mommy and daddy and they have been so good to me! They drive so far for each milestone and I really appreciate it! I cant believe its been a year but look at him now! Just one for now..

Warm | Ladera Ranch Family Photographer
July 21, 2011I met this family last month for a family photoshoot. They were the type of people that make you feel warm and fuzzy all over. I just loved them so much! Their little girl was so much fun and did great! Big thanks to this family for choosing me as their family photographer!
This one is special to them since they are waiting to adopt a little boy from India! How cute is that! Miss “M” looks so excited!

I posted a sneak peek of this couple on facebook and I couldnt wait to get through the rest. As I said earlier, I was put on bedrest and was unable to shoot this engagement. I was so sad since I was looking forward to meeting this bride and groom. I hired my friend Kelly from True Bliss Photography to shoot the engagement for me and I edited the pictures. She did a great job! We have very similar styles and work well together. I spent the last few days editing them and I’m excited to share them! Im staying positive that things will start to look up for me and I can get some privileges back and do some shooting!! I miss my job!
The bride and groom are huge Angels Baseball fans and wanted their pics done at the stadium. How fun does this look? I love when couples get creative with their own ideas that help describe them..

38 weeks | Orange County Maternity Photographer
July 13, 2011This is a good friend of mine that is also a photographer. She owns Jenner Rose Photography. Jenny and I were due 3 months apart so we had a perfect plan to photograph eachothers births! I am glad I was able to get these maternity shots for her because soon after this, I was put on bedrest due to preterm labor issues. 
I felt terrible when I had to tell her I wasnt going to be able to be there for the birth of her son. She was so understanding, as were all my clients I had to break the news to, but it still broke my heart! We had a great plan and I couldnt follow through!!
I am pleased to announce she had a GORGEOUS baby boy 3 days ago. He is going to be a perfect match for my little baby girl Audrey 
Here she is at 38 weeks. Doesnt she look fantastic!?

July 11, 2011Here is a session from the end of June. This is one of my favorite families that I get to photograph every year. Watching these sweet boys grow is such a blessing! They happen to be one of the NICEST families and I always look forward to seeing them. I am so happy they agreed to stay out so late past their baby’s bed time in order to have the best light for our location. Thank you for always being such wonderful clients H Family!!! XOXOXO

This baby boy was so sweet and so tiny! How cute is he? He wasnt too fond of me moving him around much and I had such a hard time getting him into a deep sleep! I think I am 0-2 on the sleepy babies last month!
